thanks but subtitles does not sync when I fast forward why?????? voice go first subs come later when I fast forward

The subtitles and the voice are perfectly synchronised for the video files that we have. We don't have this synchronization problem at all. Apparently you are watching the video files with a different intro. Perhaps the logo of Film Australia at the beginning is skipped in your video files. That leads to the synchronization problem. Sorry but I cannot help with that because I don't have your video files. I can only suggest you to find any software that allows you to modify the timing in subtitles. I think that Subtitle Workshop should do it but you have to set the time shift manually in there anyway.
