I think it was AI. The voice sounds like it did in the series, but Melissa Marshall was 14 at the time, and she is now 49. Her voice probably sounds (completely) different now. Apparently, the fame that came with her role must not have been a positive experience, because after TME, Melissa has not played a single role since and disappeared into anonymity.
