Does anyone know if the deleted post at the link was about the crowdfunder?

https://www.reddit.com/r/BritishTV/comm ... w_on_cbbc/

There seems to be a number of people on Reddit who may not know about the sequel book, but would be interested.

Hi, we've really struggled with Reddit and all social including YouTube to be honest. Because we're linking to a Kickstarter, the account tends to be flagged as spam and then the posts disappear. It's a real problem because we can't do much in the way of ads either, because for niche interests like this, online ads always target 'people like...' your audience. Not the audience themselves. So you can't, for instance, pay to advertise to the thousands of people who watched a Girl from Tomorrow video directly, you can only pay to advertise to people like them. But those people – while identical demographically – have probably never heard of Girl from Tomorrow...

If people want to help (and we're really grateful for all your efforts and suggestions). Please continue to reply to YouTube and Social messages about the show, letting the commenter know about the sequel. If this comes from lots of different accounts, it's less likely to be flagged.

The good news is though that we continue to be above target, so if we can hold on for 11 days, we should be ok.

Thanks, Dave.

PS – We've not had much luck reaching the Spellbinder community, which is huge. My hope is there might be some fans of both series, or Spellbinder fans that want to support a Mark and John project.

Does anyone know who the admins are at: https://www.facebook.com/official.spellbinder ? If we can contact them, that would give us access to 30k fans.

Very best, Dave.

Does anyone have something they really want to see happen in the new book?
I read somewhere that Alana struggled with guilt in the draft because she was only able to save half the planet from destruction at the time. It seems cruel to me that someone would be tormented by guilt for over 35 years when she is absolutely not to blame. I hope to see an Alana who is basically happy in the 31st century, not one tormented for decades by irrational guilt.

No, unfortunately, I was not able to contact the admins of both major Spellbinder pages - this one and this one. As for the first link (the one you're asking about), I think the admins are from Sri Lanka.

It is possible, however, to contact the admins of this group. They are so kind that have even announced TGFT crowdfunding campaign.

This is really thinking outside of the box, but would some of the Spellbinder cast make videos wishing Mark and John good luck with The Girl From Tomorrow project? That would reach Spellbinder fans, and not only might they contribute to this kickstarter - it could help gauge interest in a new Spellbinder book?
