I was googling The Girl From Tomorrow & saw this post on Twitter/X.

They're a fan of the show & have thousands of followers. Maybe IdiotBoxBooks or someone with an account could reply & make sure they know about the crowdfunder? I'm doing my best to promote the book in other places.
I've dropped them a message with the details etc.
Thank you & thanks also for the photos of your Transducer. Very talented!

How do you tag someone on this forum? Does this work @IdiotBoxBooks ?
Tagging with @ does not work on this forum. Instead, you need to quote someone's message. To do that, click on a button with quotation marks next to the message you want to quote. After that, something like

Code: Select all
How do you tag someone on this forum? Does this work @IdiotBoxBooks ?
will appear in the text edit field (note the 1st line here). It is effectively the same thing as tagging, and an author of the message you're quoting will receive a notification.

Thank you! Hope you're doing well. I've been spending hours each day spreading the word about the kickstarter, a lot of which has unfortunately been deleted as "spam".

Hi Zoe isn’t a Dog, thanks for all your efforts. They’re very much appreciated. We’ve encountered the same problem re: spam, but together we’re all making a difference. It’s just tipped over the £12k mark.

Very best. Dave.

Do you have an existing Digital Spy Forum account by any chance? I've tried joining, but there's a waiting period. Look at all these threads with people who may be interested in the new book.
